Shipping Locations

Uwayouwa currently ships only within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days after processing, for a total delivery window of 8–18 business days from order to arrival.

Delivery times are estimates only. Occasional delays may occur due to weather, holidays, high order volume, or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

We're happy to offer free shipping on all US orders shipped within the U.S. Any applicable shipping cost will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Fulfillment

All Uwayouwa orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse within the United States. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment's progress.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. Uwayouwa is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Packages
